The restoration of the Temple Building by Costanza Enterprises, Inc. involved extensive demolition, and addressed all of the major mechanical systems,
elevators, emergency systems and finally, reconstruction. The restoration consisted of the following five stages: 1). Renovation of the exterior building facade and grand lobby. |

2). A new underground parking garage.

3). Two story work-live lofts.
Floors 2 and 3 were connected into seven combined-use loft units, the likes of which Downtown Rochester has never seen before. Spanning both floors, they provide 25-foot -high-ceilings with open staircases and two spectacular stories of windows. All of the lofts feature the original, restored brick walls and new hardwood floors. Designer kitchens enhance the spacious and open floor plans. 4). Single story loft apartments on floors four through seven.
Floors four through seven were converted into twenty-eight loft apartment units. These units feature spacious floor plans, the original brick walls, new hardwood floors, 11-foot-high ceilings and a great view. All of the lofts were wired with fiber-optics, cable and cat5e. Our building-wide high-speed wireless network is the first neighborhood "hot spot" in Rochester. Single and double bedroom units are offered. Various loft sizes and configurations are available. |

5). Penthouse loft apartments on the 14th floor.
Four top-end, luxury penthouse loft units, averaging around 2000 square feet each were built on the fourteenth floor. The views of the Rochester skyline are breathtaking, and extend as far as Lake Ontario. State-of-the-art, individually controlled and energy efficient HVAC systems were installed in all of our loft apartments. |
